The skills
The qualities that carry a person through a degree, a career and a life look like personality. Research says otherwise: they are malleable, and evidence-based ways to grow every one of them exist. This is the curriculum underneath everything ACCOMPANY offers, at every age:
The method
Grasp the skill and the science behind it — readings, videos, the ideas that make it click.
See where you stand today, with well-established self-assessments and a personal evaluation.
Practise — evidence-based exercises, journaling, activities and group work that actually move the needle.
Watch your own history build — always measured against your earlier self, never against a cohort.
The last step is the quiet radical one. Nothing here compares you to anyone. The only person you are measured against is who you were before.
Tools and courses
Each practice is a tool that follows those four steps. Tools are gathered into courses, so a skill can be grown on its own, just when it is needed, or as part of a course that takes a person further, one step at a time.
Each one a single practice with its own reading, activity and history, and a workbook for anyone who prefers paper.
Tools gathered into modules and courses: for every stage of life, every path, the moments nobody plans, and what people love.
