See it for yourself
The student years — mentors, groups, communities, conversations, noticing, and the reporting behind them — in a complete, working system you can watch and click through.
Short films in four groups — start with twenty minutes for the three that matter most, then go as deep as you need: every role player, every screen. Open to watch, no sign-in.
Watch the films → Explore it yourself · 🔒 passphraseWalk the whole system as any of the fictional people — a first-year, a mentor, a head mentor, a residence head, a coordinator — and use every screen for real. Nothing you do can break anything, and nobody real is affected. Passphrase-protected; ask us for access.
Explore it yourself → Behind the scenes · 🔒 passphraseHow an institution actually runs it — the administrator's backend walked end to end on film: the switches, the 360° view of a student, cohort patterns and the reporting behind them. Passphrase-protected; ask us for access.
Go behind the scenes →Everything in the demo is fictional. It is populated with a complete simulated institution so that it can be explored. It contains no real person and no institutional data.
The method behind it

And the dose mattered: the more consistently someone was accompanied, the better they fared. That finding — care, honestly recorded, visibly working — is the seed the whole vision grew from.
